Sandestin homeowners sue Walton CountySANDESTIN – A group of homeowners are suing Walton County, alleging the County Commission has failed to enforce its own regulations regarding storm water runoff. The Greater Driftwood Estates Homeowner Association contends that continuing development of their neighborhood is straining a storm water retention system that wasn’t built to county specifications in the first place.
