City Considering ‘No Parking’ Zones Around Community AssociationThe Lake Saint Louis Board of Aldermen will consider an ordinance prohibiting parking on Cognac Drive and a section of Champagne Drive at their June 18 meeting. Prompted by citizen concerns that congestion in the area during special events would restrict passage by emergency vehicles, the proposed legislation would prohibit parking on the northeast side of Cognac Drive from Dauphine Drive to Rue Grand Drive.
