Board refuses to let owners view contractsQ: I requested copies of three association contracts from the board of managers. I have concerns about the cost and responsibilities stated in the contracts. The board refused my request, stating that the details of the contracts are proprietary. The board has also not communicated with the owners regarding the process to share information concerning the association.
