HOA reform bill won’t be taken up by SenateA bill aimed at making changes to laws governing homeowners’ associations in the state is dead for this legislative session. State Rep. Carolyn Justice, R-Pender, who co-chaired a House committee looking into issues between associations and their members, said Senate leaders have told her they don’t plan to consider the legislation before adjourning early next week.
