Federal Court Opinions

The Federal Courts decide the constitutionality of federal laws and resolves other disputes about federal laws.  The Federal Court system includes the U.S. Supreme Court, 13 U.S. Courts of Appeals, 94 U.S. District Courts (trial courts), Bankruptcy Courts, and several “Article I Courts” (U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces, U.S. Tax Court).
