Beacon Hill update: Loudoun homeowners vote to buy shuttered, 330-acre golf courseMembers of the Beacon Hill Homeowner’s Association have voted overwhelmingly to purchase the adjacent, privately-owned, shuttered Loudoun County golf course from its absentee owner. The Beacon Hill Board of Directors reports that of the 191 members voting on the question of whether to annex the 330-acre Golf Club of Virginia at Beacon Hill, 158 submitted a “yes” ballot, 31 voted “no” and two voted to abstain.
